Biography: Ilana Zeltser, MD, is the Medical Director of Pediatric Electrophysiology at Medical City Children's Hospital and is a pediatric cardiologist at Medical City Children's Cardiology Specialists.Dr. Zeltser received her medical degree from New York University (currently NYU Grossman School of Medicine) in 1997, and went on to a Pediatric Residency at Mount Sinai school of Medicine. From there, she accepted a cardiology fellowship position at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from 2000-2003, and trained at CHOP for an additional year for subspecialty electrophysiology training. After completing her advanced fellowship training in 2004, she joined the faculty at UT Southwestern Medical Center as a dedicated electrophysiologist. Over the course of her tenure at UTSW, she was promoted to the position of Associate Professor of Pediatrics and was the Director of Pediatric electrophysiology services. After a productive and illustrious career at UT, she has joined the Heart Center team at Medical City Children's Hospital in Dallas, Texas.In her free time, Dr. Zeltser enjoys running, tennis, spending time with her husband and three children, and is a crazy sports fan (Go Stars!). He has been on staff at Medical City since 1974 and was the Medical Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab from 1980 - 2009. Dr. Schwade has served on a number of committees at Medical City Dallas Hospital during his career and he has been the Director of Cardiology at the hospital since 1980. Dr. Schwade attended Rice University in Houston, Texas receiving his undergraduate degree in 1962. Upon graduation from the UT Southwestern Medical School with his medical degree in 1966, Dr. Schwade went on to complete his medical residency (1970-1972) and his fellowship (1972-1974) at Dallas Veterans Administration Hospital. His Cardiovascular Research fellowship was completed at UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas in 1974. Dr. Schwade is a leader in the cardiovascular field and attended numerous cardiology programs and scientific sessions through the American College of Cardiology and other organizations. He has also been published in numerous medical journals and publications throughout his career. Dr. Schwade served his country in the U.S. Army Medical Corp in the 1960's as a Major and Battalion Surgeon in Germany. He is married and has three children.

Biography: Dr. Armando Yepes, MD, FACC is an interventional cardiologist with Dallas Cardiovascular Specialists at Medical City Dallas and Medical City Las Colinas. Biography: Dr. Leslie Li joined North Texas Heart Center in 2023 after completing her Cardiac Electrophysiology fellowship at Tulane University. She earned her Medical Degree at Peking University Health Science Center in China and her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Biomedical Science at UT Southwestern. Following that, she completed her Internal Medicine residency at Jacobi Medical Center of Albert Einstein College of Medicine system in New York, followed by Cardiology fellowship at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Li is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and Heart Rhythm Society. She is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Cardiac Electrophysiology. She is bilingual and speaks Mandarin.Dr Li's clinical interests include complex arrhythmia ablation of atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, supraventricular tachycardias, and ventricular arrhythmias, as well as a broad spectrum of device implantation including pacemaker, defibrillators and left atrial appendage closure device. In addition, Dr. Li is very passionate about research of cardiac diseases, particularly clinical outcomes of cardiac arrhythmias.
