Biography: Robert Singer, MD is a board-certified and fellowship-trained neurosurgeon with Neurosurgery of South Kansas City in Overland Park, KS. Dr. Singer is affiliated with Menorah Medical Center, Lee's Summit Medical Center and Centerpoint Medical Center.Dr. Singer's clinical interests include adult and pediatric neurovascular therapeutics as well as general neurosurgery. His translational research interests include blood brain barrier modulation in the setting of stroke and neuro oncology.Dr. Singer completed an interventional neuroradiology fellowship at Stanford University Medical Center in Palo Alto, CA, and a neurovascular surgery fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston. He completed his residency in neurosurgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center after receiving his medical degree from the University of Nebraska.Dr. Singer is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery and sits on the medical advisory board of the Brain Aneurysm Foundation.
