Dr Onyishi received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis and completed his residency at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, Tucson.

He practices empathy to allow him to better connect with you and be a partner in your care. Dr Chee-Awai works closely with a team of caring nurses and physicians whose sole purpose is to provide you with the highest level of urological care in a safe, compassionate and responsible environment. He and his team will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan for conditions like kidney stones, bladder dysfunction, urologic cancers and more. A graduate of Emory School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, his residencies include the University of Colorado at Denver and University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital.
