Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits. Krista Bowers, MD, FACP is a board-certified physician specializing in internal medicine. Dr. Bowers received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, in 1997. She earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2003, where she also completed residency in 2006. She was a faculty member in the Division of General and Hospital Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio from 2006 to 2019 and was promoted to Associate Professor. During her time on faculty, she had several leadership roles including Course Director for the physical examination course and Clerkship Director for the internal medicine clerkship. Dr. Bowers has received several honors including an Outstanding Faculty Award and Veritas Faculty of the Year. She also worked in an outpatient clinic caring for patients and mentoring medical students and residents. Dr. Bowers is a fellow of the American College of Physicians. She has been an active member of the Society of General Internal Medicine and Clerkship Directors of Internal Medicine. Dr. Bowers joined Aspen Medical Group in 2019 and is committed to providing quality patient care and improving the health and wellbeing of her patients.

Biography: Dr. Bubier joined Women's Health Care Associates in September of 2004 after completing her residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, where she was selected to be a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She proudly completed her undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Biomedical Science.She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is an American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Fellow. Dr. Bubier currently serves as Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Sky Ridge Hospital through 2020, and was a previous member of the Credentialing Committee at the same institution from 2015-2018. She is the current President of OB/GYN Affiliates through 2021, a leadership role where Dr. Bubier coordinates organization and collaboration between 12 OB/GYN practices in the Denver Metro area. Dr. Bubier also currently serves on the Physician Leadership Council at Littleton Hospital.Dr. Bubier enjoys all aspects of general obstetrics and gynecology, but has a special interest in infertility and high risk obstetrics. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband of over 20 years and 2 teenage children.
