Biography: Dr. David Cuellar is a graduate of the UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, and completed his residency at the University of Maryland. Dr. Cuellar also completed an advanced training fellowship in minimally invasive/laparoscopic surgery and complex stone surgery at the University of Pittsburgh. He has special interests in robotic surgery and laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of all genitourinary cancers. Dr. Cuellar serves as the head of Urology at Seton Northwest Hospital (2017-present), a position he held at St. David's North Austin Medical Center for the six prior years. He has been on the Robotics Steering Committee for both hospitals. In addition, he is a proctor/trainer for the daVinci Robotic Surgical System and began using the Da Vinci robotics system in Austin in 2004. In July 2018, Dr. David Cuellar was honored by Seton Northwest Hospital for being the first practicing Urologist in Austin to complete 1,000 robotic surgeries! Dr. Cuellar has been recognized as a ``Top Doctor`` under the category of Urology in the January 2019 edition of Austin Monthly Magazine. He also received this designation in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018. Dr. Cuellar lives in Austin with his wife and 2 daughters and enjoys tennis and golf. He is a member of the Sportsman's Club, supporting the Rise School of Austin, and was recognized as a Physician Recipient of North Austin Medical Center's Frist Humanitarian Award in 2009. Care Philosophy: I decided to become an OB/GYN because I enjoy being able to build a relationship with my patients that can last a lifetime. I am able to treat, help, counsel and comfort women during life's major transitions of puberty, young adulthood, motherhood, menopause and beyond. In my practice, I diagnose and treat most gynecologic conditions applying advanced surgical techniques when appropriate. In what other field can one have the joys of making long term bonds with patients and helping bring new life into the world? All I can say is that I love my job!During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters, reading and working on home improvements. I also enjoy long distance running which is my solace. So far, I have completed two marathons and multiple half marathons and shorter races.

Biography: As a native of Austin, with a love for burnt orange, Dr. Quinn found out just how cold winters could be in Kansas City, MO. She is excited to be coming back home to enjoy the dynamic, vibrant warmth of Austin as she joins Hill Country OB/Gyn Associates. She looks forward to providing exceptional care to women of all ages. She has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery, including robotic, laparoscopic and vaginal surgery. In her free time, Melissa enjoys oil painting, playing the piano, traveling the world to experience new cultures and learning to rock climb with her husband.
