Biography: Dr. Michael J. Kimball, is a fellowship trained orthopaedic foot and ankle surgeon. He is trained in arthroscopic, endoscopic and minimally invasive surgical techniques treating all pathology of the foot and ankle. Dr. Kimball is a graduate of the Drexel School of Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed his orthopaedic residency in Philadelphia at Hahnemann University Hospital and also completed a fellowship in Foot and Ankle surgery at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, AL.

Training at an internationally renowned facility afforded Dr. Greenleaf exposure to the diagnosis and care of complex spinal conditions, particularly in degenerative conditions, adult deformity and spinal tumors. He also received training in cutting-edge minimally invasive techniques both at Harvard facilities and with the Neurosurgeons of Cape Cod group located in Cape Cod, MA. While in Pittsburgh and Boston, Dr. Greenleaf has performed research, authored textbook chapters, and presented at national meetings on various topics ranging from bacterial MRSA biofilms and Sports Hernia surgery to minimally invasive fixation of spine fractures and embolization of metastatic spine tumors.
