Biography: I am a board certified ophthalmologist and a fellowship trained retina specialist. I completed my fellowship with Associate Retina Consultants in Detroit, and was a staff physician at Kresge Eye Institute. I have served as Chief of Surgery at Oak Hill Hospital, and on the Board of Directors of All Saints Surgery Center. In addition, I served on the Board of Examiners for the College of Ophthalmology, and taught as an associate professor at Nova Southeastern and University of South Florida.

Dr Fabunmi completed medical school at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN, where he was inducted into the Gold Humanism Society and Alpha Omega Alpha. During his tenure Dr Fabunmi completed a clerkship at The Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL, where he authored a review article and a workshop about key topics in glaucoma. For his ophthalmology training, Dr Fabunmi attended Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals of Cleveland, Ohio, where he had the honor of caring for our veterans at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center.
