Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits. Timothy J. Martin, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN with more than 20 years of experience. Dr. Martin has a special interest in laparoscopic procedures, laparoscopically-assisted vaginal hysterectomy and da Vinci robotically assisted surgery. Dr. Martin is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists and a member of the Kansas Medical Society, Johnson County Medical Society, Kansas City Gynecologic Society, and Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons. Dr. Martin received his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine and completed his OB/GYN residency at Truman Medical Center.

Care Philosophy: I always strive to do what is best for the patient, and I thoroughly enjoy developing relationships with each patient and her family. Each patient has a story to tell regarding her background, education, children and health concerns. I enjoy learning that story from each patient.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Sorrells believes you should treat people the way you want to be treated, extending kindness and compassion to all her patients. She also strives to make sure people are comfortable, and works to establish a meaningful relationship with each patient.

Care Philosophy: I thoroughly enjoy what I do and feel so lucky to have a job that I love! I work hard to treat every patient as an individual. I want to be a part of the medical decision making and management that each woman undergoes throughout their lives regarding obstetrics and gynecology care. It is exciting and fulfilling to me to help women build their families, but also to be there to give medical advice and guidance to women outside of obstetric health. I am so honored to be a partner in your medical care!
