He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology at the University of North Texas in Denton and graduated summa cum laude in 2010. He graduated from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth in 2015 and then moved to Oklahoma with his wife (and dogs) to pursue his Ob/Gyn residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in Oklahoma City. He was also recognized by the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists for Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology and received the Senior Resident Award for Evidence Based Medicine. He believes in patient-centered, evidence based medicine and works diligently to stay up to date on the most recent developments in the field so that he can act as a resource for his patients. Dr. Boccaccio's scope of practice includes routine and high-risk obstetrical care, well-woman care, transition to menopause, contraception management, gynecology, and minimally-invasive and robotic-assisted surgical procedures including hysterectomy and myomectomy. When he is not in the office, on L&D, or in the operating room, he can usually be found working around his house, spending time with his wife Rachel and their sons Oliver and Elliott (and the dogs), or at the ballpark cheering on the Rangers.
