Biography: Jennifer DeFazio, MD, is a board-certified pediatric surgeon. She treats a broad range of pediatric conditions and is especially interested in the surgical management of neonatal and congenital diseases, complex anorectal disorders, metabolic disease and Median Arcuate Ligament Syndrome (MALS). She is also part of the Bowel Management Program.

Care Philosophy: Noah B. Zuker M.D. F.A.C.S. is a board certified General Surgeon practicing in Staten Island, NY. He is former Chief of Surgery at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg, NY. He received his medical degree from Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Be'erSheva, Israel, and completed General Surgery residency at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. Care Philosophy: Lorie Corcoran is a board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, specializing in the care of hospitalized patients with gastroenterological problems. She is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She received her BSN degree from University of Wisconsin Madison in 2003. She spent the next decade working with medical surgical and critically ill patients at St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee. She earned her MSN and Acute Care Certification from Marquette University in 2011. She began her career working as a nurse practitioner at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She moved to Rockford in 2012 and joined Rockfrd Gastroenterology Associates. She will be seeing inpatients at OSF St. Anthony's Hospital, Swedish American hospital and Rockford Memorial Hospital. She is an active member of the American Gastroenterological Association.

Biography: Alex Johnson Addo, MD MPH is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. He is a board-certified general surgeon who is fellowship trained in minimally invasive and robotic surgery. He graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed his residency in general surgery at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA. He also completed a research fellowship at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Maryland focusing on patient-driven-outcomes of minimally invasive benign foregut and complex abdominal wall reconstruction surgery. He has published his research in peer-reviewed journals and presented at professional conferences both nationally and internationally. He continues to be actively engaged in hernia related research. After graduating from general surgery residency, Dr. Addo underwent fellowship training in minimally invasive foregut and complex abdominal wall surgery at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, Maryland. Dr. Addo employs advanced minimally invasive techniques in repairing inguinal, ventral, incisional and complex abdominal wall hernias. He is passionate about delivering exceptional care and tailored surgical solutions to his patients.
