Care Philosophy: Dr Richard Levine is the Medical Director at Moffitt International Plaza (MIP). Dr Levine received his MD and MS in Pharmacology from Indiana University. He completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and a medical oncology fellowship at the National Cancer Institute, Medical Branch. He joins Moffitt from Space Coast Cancer Center, where he served as President and founder. Dr Levine was the Chairman of the Cancer Committee and Tumor Board of Parrish Medical Center and Cape Canaveral Hospital for 25 years.

Biography: Dr. Victoria Rizk is a board-certified medical oncologist who specializes in the care and treatment of patients with breast cancer. Prior to joining Tampa General, Dr. Rizk worked as a medical oncologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, where she provided comprehensive care, support and education for patients with breast cancer. Additionally, she was an instructor in medicine at Weill Medical College of Cornell University. Dr. Rizk graduated from an accelerated, six-year B.A./M.D. program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. She then completed Internal Medicine Residency at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine and Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at the University of South Florida/Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa. Skilled in clinical research, Dr. Rizk is credited with several peer-reviewed publications, abstracts and presentations. Dr. Rizk has memberships with the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the European Society for Medical Oncology, the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association.

Care Philosophy: Gustavo Rivero, MD, is a dual fellowship-trained hematology and medical oncologist specializing in the treatment of acute and chronic leukemia. Dr Riveros areas of clinical expertise includes: acute and chronic myeloid leukemias, acute lymphoid leukemias, myelodysplastic syndrome, myeloproliferative neoplasm, and clonal hematopoiesis of indetermined potential (CHIP).
