Biography: Rema Malik, M.D. is a Vascular Surgeon with Gulf Coast Vascular. Dr. Malik received her BA in Chemistry from North Carolina State University. She then went on to gain her Doctorate in Medicine from Ross University. Biography: Sohail Shah, M.D. is a board-certified Pediatric Surgeon with Greater Houston Pediatric Surgery. Dr. Shah has special interests in gastrointestinal surgery, neonatal surgery, congenital anomalies, and the correction of chest wall abnormalities (pectus excavatum and pectus carinatum). His practice includes minimally invasive thoracic and abdominal surgery for pediatric patients of all ages (neonates through adolescents). Dr. Shah also has a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and serves as the Pediatric Surgery Medical Director for HCA Gulf Coast Division and Practice Medical Director for Greater Houston Pediatric Surgery. Additionally, he previously served in numerous other administrative roles, including Chief Surgical Officer at Texas Children's Hospital West Campus, Surgical Director of Perioperative Services at Texas Children's Hospital, and Surgical Director of Telemedicine and Outreach at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.
