Biography: Frederick "Weston" Loehr, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained maternal-fetal medicine specialist and obstetrician and gynecologist with Commonwealth Perinatal Associates in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Loehr earned his Doctor of Medicine from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia.
