Biography: Dr. Strair is an internationally recognized hematologist/oncologist with expertise in hematologic malignancies, acute and chronic leukemia, lymphoma, Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia, Hodgkin's disease, multiple myeloma, myelodysplasia and related diseases; blood cancers, hematopoietic stem cell (or bone marrow) transplantation. He serves as the Chief of Blood Disorders at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey.

She completed her residency at Temple University Hospital in Internal Medicine and conducted her fellowship training at Fox Chase Cancer Center/Temple University Hospital in Medical Oncology and Hematology. During her residency and fellowship she was involved in clinical research in the areas of Breast Cancer and Gynecological Malignancies.
