She utilized manual therapies in the hospital setting to facilitate the other medical therapies. Working in a clinic based practice, she enjoys partnering with patients to improve their health through a holistic approach and increasing patients' quality of life. Dr. Ridgley believes strongly in educating patients and utilizing a hands on approach to improve health. When not in the clinic, Dr. Ridgley enjoys spending time with her family. She can be found hiking and skiing most weekends and enjoys traveling, reading about self-improvement and nutrition and experimenting with practical side of food in the kitchen.

Biography: Dr. Goldsmith received his undergraduate degree and Master's degree in Biology from the University of Denver. He attended medical school at the University of Colorado. He completed his medical residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Goldsmith was chosen a Top Doctor to the Quality Assessment Committee for Rose Hospital. Additionally, he has been recognized as a 5280 Magazine Top Internal Medicine Doctor by his peers for 2015, 2014 and 2010. Dr. Goldsmith enjoys traveling, gardening, and other outdoor activities.

Every patient deserves the direct attention and examination by their physician, not just by a nurse practitioner or physician's assistant. My staff and I work hard to limit waiting times to 30 minutes or less. We try to make your visit as comfortable and professional as possible. I review the results of the examination, xrays, and other studies, etc., with the patient and do everything I can to help them understand their condition and the treatment options I recommend.
