Biography: Dr. Clay Alexander is a graduate of Southern Methodist University. He completed his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston and his specialty training in obstetrics and gynecology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He has been in practice since 1987 and has served a 6-year term on the Governing Board at Centennial Medical Center from 2004-2010. He currently serves as the 2011 Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Centennial Medical Center. Dr. Alexander had the distinction of serving as President of the Medical Staff at Richardson Regional Medical Center in 1995 and has also served as Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Richardson Regional, Chair of the Peer Review committee, and Chair of the Privileges and Credentials Committee. He and his wife Lisa have raised two children, and enjoy visiting them at every opportunity (now that each is away at college). Family vacations and leisure time usually involve beach activities, sporting events, golf, fishing, or snow skiing.

Biography: Dr. Kremer is a Fellow of The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He received his doctor of medicine from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2002, and he completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency training at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth in 2006. Dr. Kremer serves as program director for the HCA Medical City Arlington Obstetrics & Gynecology residency program. He has a strong interest in gynecology, creating individualized patient-centered care plans for complex gynecology patients. Dr. Kremer is experienced with in-office gynecologic procedures and performs minimally invasive surgery, including robotic surgery. Dr. Kremer is passionate about the patient experience and was the 2020 recipient of the NRC Health Excellence in Human Understanding Award. Dr. Tamra Fortenberry joined Matlock OB/GYN in 2008 after completing her Obstetrics and Gynecology training in the Memphis, Tennessee area.She attended medical school at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis and received her doctorate of medicine in 2004. Dr. Fortenberry then completed her residency at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2008.She is a Junior Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the Texas Medical Association, American Medical Association and the Tarrant County Medical Society.Dr. Fortenberry is active in healthcare community outreach and education programs.
