Biography: Lourdes T Santiago, M.D. received her medical degree from the Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and completed her internship and residency in General Surgery at the University of South Florida. Dr. Santiago also completed both a fellowship and research fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery at the University of South Florida. An advocate for education, Dr. Santiago gives regular presentations on the topics of colon and rectal cancers, including education reaching the Spanish-speaking population. Dr. Santiago is a proud Veteran, having served as a Major in the United States Army.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Collins was born in Portsmouth, Ohio. His undergraduate studies were completed at Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina in 1976. He received his medical degree from the University of South Florida in 1979. His internship and residency in general surgery were served at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. Dr. Collins completed a post-graduate fellowship in peripheral vascular surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in 1984. Dr. Collins is a diplomat of the American Board of Surgery, and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Pinellas County Medical Society and the Society for Vascular Surgery. His special interests include peripheral vascular disease, surgical critical care and laparoscopic surgery.

Care Philosophy: Dr Vogelbaum is an internationally known leader in neurosurgical oncology and a distinguished investigator in laboratory research, translational and clinical trials in gliomas. Dr Vogelbaum is currently Chief of Neurosurgery and Program Leader of the Department of Neuro-Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. He has served on or led numerous scientific committees and holds an array of honors and awards, as well as leadership positions at the regional, national, and international levels.
