Dr Czerniecki received his BS in Biochemistry from the University of Maine and his MD from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and his PhD from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson and Rutgers University. Dr Czerniecki completed his general surgical residency at The Ohio State University and was Surgical Oncology Fellow at the NCI with Dr Steven Rosenberg prior to his position at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.

Biography: Mazvita Simoyi, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon. Born in Zimbabwe, she received advanced education in the United States from the age of 17. Following in the footsteps of her father, a general practitioner, she aspired to be a doctor from early childhood. After observing her father perform surgical operations her interest in surgery was sparked.She first earned a nursing degree, with high honors, at Howard University in Washington, D.C, then worked for several years as a hospital nurse while preparing for medical school. She assumed additional healthcare roles during her first two years of medical school at the University of Virginia, by working as a medical-surgical and hospice nurse.She completed her general surgery residency at the University of Massachusetts. Following this, she successfully completed a minimally invasive colorectal surgery fellowship in Orlando.

Biography: Dr. Mino is a fellowship-trained colorectal surgeon specializing in diseases of the colon, rectum, and anus in addition to his general surgery interests. Dr. Mino obtained his Bachelors degrees at Wheaton College with majors in Biology, Economics, and Theology. He attended medical school at Rutgers University in New Jersey where he received the concomitant degrees of Medical Doctor and a Masters of Public Health. He did his general surgery residency at Cleveland Clinic of Ohio and stayed on for his fellowship in minimally invasive colorectal surgery. Dr. Mino is double board certified in both General Surgery and Colon and Rectal Surgery and is a member of both the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons. He has published multiple peer-reviewed articles in both fields and presented at numerous national conferences. Dr. Mino's particular areas of interest include laparoscopic and robotic treatment for colorectal cancer, diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease, as well as pelvic floor dysfunctions including rectal prolapse, fecal incontinence, and rectoceles. He also treats anorectal pathology including fissures, fistulas, hemorrhoids, perianal abscesses, and condylomas.

He received his medical degree from the University of South Florida in 1979. His internship and residency in general surgery were served at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. Dr. Collins completed a post-graduate fellowship in peripheral vascular surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in 1984. Biography: Dr. Evan Tummel specializes in breast surgery and the treatment of breast disease including breast cancer.Dr. Tummel is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Society of Breast Surgeons, Society of Surgical Oncology, Florida Medical Association, Hillsborough County Medical Association, and the American Medical Association.Dr. Tummel received his undergraduate degree at Baylor University and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. His residency was completed at the University of South Florida College of Medicine where he served as Chief Resident in General Surgery. He completed his Breast Surgery Fellowship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute. Dr. Tummel has received the following awards; Patient's Choice Award (2008, 2009, 2014), Compassionate Doctor Recognition (2009, 2014) and On-Time Doctor Award 2009, 2014.
