Biography: Dr. Saraswathi Cappelle is an Assistant Member in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr. Cappelle received her DO degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Bradenton, Florida. She completed an Internal Medicine Residency, followed by a Gastroenterology Fellowship at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She then completed an Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship at Fox Chase Cancer Center. Dr. Cappelle joins us from Temple University Hospital where she was appointed as Assistant Professor of Medicine and Assistant Endoscopy Director. Dr. Cappelle's clinical and research interests include pancreatic cystic neoplasms, pancreaticobiliary disease, gastrointestinal malignancies, therapeutic endoscopic ultrasound and colonic gastrointestinal endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR).

Biography: Dr. Reshma Ramlal clinical interest focuses on the care of patients undergoing allogeneic transplantation for myeloid malignancies. Prior to joining Moffitt, Dr. RamlaI was a Malignant Hematologist and Bone Marrow Transplantation physician at the University of Kentucky, Markey Cancer Center for 8 years. She joined the Markey Cancer Center after completion of her BMT fellowship at the MD Anderson Cancer Center. During her time in Kentucky, she served as the Interim Medical Director of the Bone Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy program for two years. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality medical care with compassion and understanding. Dr. Ramlal research interests include methods to mitigate complications of allogeneic transplantation and improve clinical outcomes.

Biography: Ann Holloway, DO, FACS, is a board-certified General Surgeon from Phoenix, AZ with 9 years of experience. Dr. Holloway enjoys the challenges each patient presents and works in a collaborative fashion to craft a customized treatment plan. She always treats her patients and colleagues the way she would like to be treated with kindness, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail. Dr. Holloway is proficient in a wide variety of techniques including endoscopic, laparoscopic, robotic and open surgeries, using them to perform cholecystectomies, appendectomies, hernia repairs, breast surgery, melanoma excisions, port placement, soft tissue mass excisions, and more. She is expertly adept at diagnosing and treating surgical emergencies ranging from abscesses to incarcerated hernia to perforated viscous and more. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, a Navy General Surgeon, and their 3-year-old son. They enjoy traveling, reading and trying new restaurants. She is a member of the American College of Surgeons, Association for Surgical Education, and Association of Women Surgeons. Care Philosophy: Dr Castaneda Puglianini earned his MD from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru, and completed an Internal Medicine residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He completed a Hematology/Oncology fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University/Massey Cancer Center followed by a Blood and Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Immunotherapy fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Castaneda Puglianini joins us from Virginia Commonwealth University where he was an Assistant Professor of Medicine and served as Director, CAR T-Cell Therapy Program in the Division of Hematology/Oncology and Palliative Care at VCU Massey Cancer Center.

Care Philosophy: Dr Kosj Yamoah is Chair in the Department of Radiation Oncology with a secondary appointment in the Cancer Epidemiology Program at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Yamoah's clinical focus is genitourinary malignancies. He currently serves as the Section Head for Genitourinary Radiation Oncology and Director for Radiation Oncology Health Disparities Research. He is committed to increasing access and quality of care among the minority population, particularly men of African descent. His clinical expertise focuses on prostate cancer, prostate brachytherapy, intensity- modulation radiation therapy (IMRT) and image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT).

Care Philosophy: Dr Michael Nieder is a Senior Member of the Blood and Marrow Transplant Department at Moffitt Cancer Center and Professor of Oncologic Sciences at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. He is also the Blood and Marrow Transplant Program Fellowship Director and the Inpatient Medical Director. Dr Nieder's research interests include toxicity reduction and supportive care improvements for patients undergoing transplantation. Dr Nieder is currently studying the intestinal microbiome in patients undergoing blood and marrow transplantation and is Principle Investigator of a nationally funded trial using probiotics in patients undergoing allogeneic transplantation.

As an internationally recognized tumor immunologist, Dr Hwu has led pioneering research and clinical efforts to better understand the interactions between tumors and the immune system. He completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Kentucky, College of Pharmacy, in Dr Abeer Al-Ghananeem's Lab. Dr Saeed completed an Internal Medicine Residency and Hematology and Medical Oncology Fellowship, and he served as Chief Fellow at the University of Kentucky. Prior to Moffitt,Dr Saeedpracticed at the University of Kentucky, where he was appointed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Hematology and Blood and Marrow Transplantation, College of Medicine.Dr Saeed specializes in treating blood cancers.
