Care Philosophy: Sriteja Yarlagadda, MD, is board-certified internist specializing in hospital medicine. Dr. Yarlagadda recognizes the uniqueness of each person. She believes everyone is entitled to be treated with compassion and to receive the highest quality of care. Dr. Yarlagadda grew up in India and moved to the United States in 2015. She follows in the footsteps of her grandparents physicians who provided care to very low-income communities in India and dedicated their lives to serving people. Dr. Yarlagadda is a member of the American College of Physicians and Society of Hospital Medicine. Away from work, Dr. Yarlagadda enjoys hiking, yoga, Indian classical music and cooking.

Care Philosophy: Tyler Raymond, DO, MPH, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician offering full-spectrum primary care for patients of all ages. Dr. Raymond has a special interest in cardiovascular disease prevention and management, geriatrics, musculoskeletal medicine, substance use and mental health. Office-based procedures he offers include minor skin procedures, methods of family planning, joint injections, osteopathic manipulation and injectables for migraines. Dr. Raymond is passionate about educating patients on managing chronic conditions and maintaining wellness through good preventive care. He seeks to provide the most up-to-date, evidence-based information so patients can participate fully in shared decision-making. As a former Army physician, he especially enjoys caring for military family members and veterans. Dr. Raymond is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and member of the Uniformed Services Academy of Family Physicians. He is a contributing author for the American Family Physician, and has received multiple teaching awards from the University of Washington and Uniformed Services University schools of medicine. Away from work, Dr. Raymond loves spending time outdoors with his familyhiking, skiing, camping and kayaking. He also enjoys playing pickleball and golfing with friends.
