Biography: Lingappa Amarchand, MD received his medical degree from Mysore University in Karnataka, India. Dr. Amarchand completed a Residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ, followed by Fellowships at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ; UMDNJ- New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ; Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA; and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston, MA. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, performed his residency at Yale University School of Medicine, received his thoracic surgery training at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and his cardiothoracic surgery training at Weill Medical College of Cornell University.

Dr. Martinez-Ojeda earned his medical degree and completed his residency training in general cardiology at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He went on to complete a fellowship in interventional cardiology at Drexel University in Philadelphia. He is extensively experienced in simple to complex coronary interventions and a wide range of peripheral interventions such as carotid, renal, abdominal and upper and lower extremity interventions. Dr. Martinez-Ojeda is also an accomplished multi-instrumental musician. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
