Care Philosophy: I take pride in providing my patients with individualized, patient-centered care. I believe every woman has unique needs and goals, and our care team works to provide a full range of OBGYN healthcare to serve those varied needs. Pregnancy and birth are very special events in the lives of women. I believe that this experience is unique for each woman. I see my role as supportive of the woman and her family, understanding that ultimately the experience of pregnancy and birth belongs to them. Our team serves families as guides during this natural process. We feel privileged to participate in this journey. I am also happy to assist patients with menstrual issues, fertility, family planning, hormonal concerns, pelvic pain, infections, as well as general health maintenance screenings. I focus on patient education whenever possible. Biography: Anoopa Hodges, DO has shared her expertise in managing acute and chronic illness in the adult population, including geriatrics, since 2004. Dr. Hodges has focused on preventative care medicine in a personal and friendly atmosphere since 2009. As a doctor of osteopathic medicine, she is able to perform manipulative treatment as well. As a Primary Care Physician, she oversees all aspects of a patient's care and refers to specialists when necessary. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Biography: Richard Surowiec, MD received his medical degree from Saint Louis University in 2006. Dr. Surowiec completed a combined internal medicine and pediatrics residency from Wright State University in 2010. Dr. Surowiec is board certified in internal medicine.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Schulz is a family medicine physician who emphasizes high quality, patient-centered care. He treats patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors, and enjoys caring for multi-generational families. With a focus on compassionate care, Dr. Schulz treats a wide range of chronic conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, high blood pressure, and more. He also sees patients for sudden onset (acute) conditions, such as colds, flu, earaches, and minor injurie

Care Philosophy: I am a christian and God is center in my life. I practice midwifery with the same principals I use to live my life. I have a call on my life to help women through each stage in their life from adolescence to menopause. I especially enjoy working with families during pregnancy and childbirth, and helping to make their experience as positive and memorable as possible.

Biography: Susan F. Davis-Brown, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Davis-Brown's postgraduate training was at the University of Michigan Hospitals/St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. Dr. Davis-Brown is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She has a special interest in preventative medicine, risk factor reduction, women's health, and diabetes. Dr. Davis-Brown joined Brookville Family Care in 2006.
