Biography: Rachel Pan, MD is a graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, IL. She completed her neurology residency at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN. Dr. Pan is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is a member of the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association and the American Academy of Neurology.

Biography: Elizabeth Baumann received her Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from Ohio University (OU) in Athens, OH in December 2018. She has worked in the Neurology field since graduating in 2018. Elizabeth particularly enjoys working with the Parkinson's disease, Dementia, and headache disorders. Elizabeth is currently attending OU to obtain Post-Graduate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Certificate with an expected graduation date of April 2023. She is certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Previously, Elizabeth earned her Associates of Applied Science in Nursing at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, OH in 2009 and then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014 from OU. Elizabeth has worked in a variety of units including step down intensive care, telemetry, and emergency department. When Elizabeth is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her three children.

Biography: Matthew Lawless, MD, is a graduate of the University of Louisville, and completed his residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Lawless completed a sports medicine fellowship at Methodist Sports Medicine Center in Indianapolis and is board certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. Dr. Lawless specializes in orthopedic and sports medicine issues related to the knee including ACL surgery, meniscus and cartilage pathology, patellofemoral disorders, adult reconstruction, total and partial knee replacements and revision surgery. Dr. Lawless is the Director of Sports Medicine at Wright State University's Boonshoft School of Medicine and team physician for Wright State University and Fairborn High School. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Orthopaedic Trauma Association, and Dayton Orthopaedic Society.

Biography: Julie Larson, MD is a graduate of Carroll College and the University of Washington School of Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Utah at Salt Lake City. Dr. Larson is certified in family practice and geriatrics by the American Board of Family Physicians. She has a special interest in women's health and geriatrics. Dr. Larson has been with Premier Health Family Care -North since 2002.

Biography: Dr. Hester graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Miami Valley Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018). Dr. Hester is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Biography: Charles W. Hall, MD, PhD graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2000. He completed his residency in Neurology at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Hall completed a fellowship in EEG/Epilepsy at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Hall received his PhD in Molecular and Cellular Physiology from the University of Cincinnati. He is board-certified in neurology.

Biography: Michael Prayson, MD, received his medical degree at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine, and completed his residency at Akron General Medical Center. Dr. Prayson completed his fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Prayson is board certified in orthopedic surgery. He subspecializes in orthopedic trauma.

Biography: Gina Orlando, CNP received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL in 2015. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University School of Nursing in Indianapolis, IN in 2004. Gina is certified as a Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Gina has been a registered nurse since 2004. She brought ten years' nursing experience intensive care and post-anesthesia care and to her career as a family nurse practitioner.

Biography: Michelle Adkins, FNP received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH in 2015. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, OH in 2012. Michelle is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has been a registered nurse since 2010. She brought sixyears of nursing experience to her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Michelle is a primary care provider in Kettering and accepts new patients of all ages.

Biography: Glen Nagasawa, MD is a graduate of Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Mexico. He completed his general neurology residency at the State University of New York in Albany. Dr. Nagasawa is board certified in neurology.
