Biography: Dr. Christopher Jude Foti, a board-certified family medicine physician and obesity medicine specialist, completed his family medicine residency at LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA, following his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine, Shreveport, in 2005. With extensive experience in primary care and weight management, Dr. Foti is dedicated to patient-centered education and ongoing professional growth. Before joining our center in 2024, Dr. Foti served nearly a decade as a primary care physician with FMOL Health System in Baton Rouge, LA. He also practiced at Quick Trim Medical Weight Loss Clinic in Alexandria and provided urgent care via telemedicine on the Amwell platform. Earlier roles included positions at LGMC Urgent Care in Lafayette, Kistachie Medical Center in Alexandria, and Marksville Family Care Center, focusing on primary and urgent care. Dr. Foti finds his work with older adults especially rewarding. In his free time, he enjoys family activities, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.

Biography: A New Orleans native, Dr. Castine moved to Baton Rouge in 1999. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and post-graduate training from the Comprehensive Cancer Center in Birmingham, Alabama. He is Board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology and Oncology. Dr. Castine's practice centers around the treatment of all cancer diagnoses, as well as, the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the blood such as anemias and clotting disorders.In addition to practicing medicine, he has volunteered time in the community as the president of the Louisiana Oncology Society for three years. He also served on various local hospital committees and has been a member of several local social and charitable organizations. Dr. Castine is married with three children and enjoys traveling with his family. Most of his hobbies center around family with travel and sports, including fishing, skiing, soccer and hunting.
