Biography: Chad R Christopherson, MD, FACC, FSCAI is board certified in Interventional Cardiology and Cardiovascular Disease. He practices with Methodist Physicians RiverCity CardioVascular.Dr. Christopherson says, From prevention to diagnosis and treatment, I love providing total cardiovascular services to my patients.Dr. Christopherson is a graduate of St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Dakota, School of Medicine in Vermillion. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Christopherson went on to complete his Cardiology Fellowship at Rush University, Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois and his Interventional Cardiology Fellowship from The Care Group at Indiana Heart Institute in Indianapolis. He has enjoyed being in private practice for over 10 years. Dr. Christopherson's professional interests include the management of atherosclerosis in coronary and peripheral circulation. Biography: Aaron Grober, MD is a board certified cardiologist who practices general and interventional cardiology, with an emphasis on complex high-risk percutaneous coronary interventions, management of patients with advanced heart failure and cardiogenic shock, as well as echocardiography. Dr. Grober grew up in the New York metropolitan area, and has a background in the performing arts. He received his bachelor's degree from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY, where he studied biochemistry and drama. He received his medical degree, with honors, from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, in Hanover New Hampshire. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Grober then accepted a position as a hospitalist at the University of California San Francisco, where he focused on caring for patients with advanced heart failure and pulmonary hypertension. He went on to complete fellowships in cardiovascular disease and in interventional cardiology at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Grober has performed research and published several peer-reviewed manuscripts in the fields of electrocardiography, trans-catheter aortic valve replacement, percutaneous coronary intervention, and echocardiography. Dr. Grober is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society, and has received numerous awards for his leadership and his clinical excellence.

Biography: Dr. Paul Katigbak is from Houston, Texas and joins Austin Heart as a board certified internist and cardiologist treating patients through minimally invasive testing and cardiac imaging. Dr. Katigbak graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelors in Science in Biology at the University of Houston in 2006. In 2013, he earned his Medical Degree from Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Medicine. He completed his internship and internal medicine residency at University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. After completing his training in Houston, Dr. Katigbak furthered his medical training to focus on adult cardiovascular disease and completed his cardiovascular disease fellowship at Tulane University Health Science Center in New Orleans followed by subspecialty training in Interventional Cardiology at HMS Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston Massachusetts in 2020. He recently left his busy practice in Massachusetts to be back home in Texas. Dr. Katigbak is certified in the interpretation of adult echocardiography, vascular imaging and Cardiac CT imaging. Dr. Katigbak has co-authored several peer reviewed journal publications on coronary physiology.Dr. Katigbak has special interests in cardiac imaging with echocardiography, valvular heart disease, and coronary artery disease.In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hiking and being with his close friends and family.

Biography: Dr. Stephen Infanger was born and raised in Victoria, Texas. He loves seeing all general cardiac concerns in his clinic. Dr. Infanger completed his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering summa cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2012. During this time, he performed research on biomedical polymers and trained with a focus in mechanics. From there, he continued to medical school at McGovern Medical School in Houston, TX and decided to pursue cardiology as a career. He was accepted to University of Alabama at Birmingham™s internal medicine residency in 2016 and continued his training there for his cardiovascular medicine fellowship. During that time, he gained an interest in all aspects of cardiac imaging as well as intraprocedural transesophageal echocardiography. Dr. Infanger is passionate about cardiac imaging because it is critical to the diagnosis and monitoring of treatment for valvular heart disease, coronary artery disease, heart failure as well as arrhythmia management. Learning the nuances of each imaging modality is important to quality care for cardiovascular patients. When he is not in the hospital, Dr. Infanger enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with his family and pets.
