Biography: Michael J. Troy is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Troy received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Medical School and completed his residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Houston, Texas. He received an award for Senior Finishing Resident for Special Excellence in Endoscopic Procedures. Dr. Troy is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.He is a member of the Texas Medical Association and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Biography: Cesar Reyes is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a founding member of the Institute for Women's Health. Dr. Reyes received his medical degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico School of Medicine and completed his residency at St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Reyes is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American Fertility Society, the Texas Medical Association, the Bexar County Medical Society and the Mexican American Physician's Association.Dr. Reyes was the first President of the Institute for Women's Health, and is a founding partner of the Medical Center call group. He is married with three children and two grandchildren. When he is not spending time with his family, he enjoys hunting and fishing.
