He then completed a fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery of the Hip and Knee at University of California San Francisco Medical Center where he served on faculty prior to coming to the University of Florida.Dr. Gray is active in several national organizations such as the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Association Emerging Leader'??s Program.He has won multiple honors for his work while at UF, including the highest honors at the UF Patient Safety and Quality Week, an exemplary teaching award from the UF College of Medicine, and most recently a Faculty Enhancement Award to study leadership and management through the American Orthopaedic Association and the USC Marshall School of Business. He currently holds the title of Associate Professor at the University of Florida in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, he is also the Associate Physician Director of Quality for the Department, overseeing Quality for inpatient care.
