Biography: Kavita Chawla, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician offering primary care for adults. Her special medical interests include diabetes and obesity management, cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment, women's health, preventive care and transgender care. _x000D_ Dr. Chawla enjoys building long-term relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their health care goals through genuine, honest interaction. _x000D_ Dr. Chawla is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. She is a clinical instructor with the University of Washington School of Medicine and residency faculty with the Virginia Mason Internal Medicine Residency program. _x000D_ Away from work, Dr. Chawla enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Larisa Martin is board certified in family medicine. Having chosen to be a physician nearly 25 years ago, Dr. Martin remained devoted to her calling. After working as an Otolaryngologist in Russia for eight years, she expanded her scope of practice to acute care and later to family medicine. She is fascinated with family medicine, which gives her a view of the entire person, allows her to use her surgical skills in office procedures and provides a sense of belonging to a community.
