Biography: Alexandra Blood, DO, is a dedicated family physician committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to families in Centerville and the surrounding communities. A graduate of Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, she completed the Grant Family Medicine Residency at OhioHealth in Columbus, OH. She is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is also a member of the American Board of Family Medicine. Her clinical interests encompass a wide range of family medicine services, including preventative care, contraception, management of chronic conditions like hypertension and diabetes, and addressing mental health concerns. Biography: Neva Dehart, CNM, MSN, NPWH received a BS in Nursing at Wright State University, then continued her education at the University of Cincinnati where she earned a Master's Degree in Nursing as a Certified Nurse Midwife and a certificate as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Before joining our practice in 2011, Neva worked in the Family Beginnings Birthing Unit at Miami Valley Hospital. Neva is accepting new patients. She is now trained and certified in Nexplanon insertion

Biography: Misty Mokrycki, CNP received her Master of Science in Nursing in 2011 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2005, both from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati. Misty received her Associate Degree in Applied Science and Nursing from Sinclair Community College in Dayton, OH in 2003. Misty is a board certified women's health nurse practitioner through the National Certification Corporation.
