Dr. Kari Rudinsky received her medical degree from Wright State University before completing residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the MetroHealth/Cleveland Clinic medical system in Cleveland, Ohio. She returned to Wright State to pursue her fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.Dr. Rudinsky has a focus in gestational and pregestational diabetes, with additional interest in the medical complications of obesity in pregnancy.Dr. Rudinsky resides in Midlothian with her husband and three children. Care Philosophy: In the age of the Internet where cancer patients want to be involved in shared decision-making for their cancer care, they are exposed to information overload from a variety of sources - many unreliable. At every new patient visit I give my patients a summary sheet detailing diagnosis, treatment options, goals of therapy, and risks and benefits of therapy. Patients should be partners in their care and are encouraged to bring all of their questions (and questions from loved ones) to every visit.
