Biography: Dr. Neil Shneider is a physician-scientist with expertise in neuromuscular development and disease. He is a graduate of Harvard College and of the MD-PhD program of the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, and he was Chief Resident of the Harvard Longwood Neurology Training Program. Dr. Shneider completed his graduate work in the laboratory of Dr. Richard Axel and his postdoctoral fellowship in the laboratory of Dr. Thomas Jessell. After several years in the Intramural Program of the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, Dr. Shneider returned to Columbia University as Assistant Professor of Neurology in the Neuromuscular Division. He is a member of the Center for Motor Neuron Biology and Disease and of the H. Houston Merritt Clinical Research Center. Dr. Shneider has clinical expertise in the diagnosis and care of patients with ALS and related motor neuron diseases.

Biography: Dr. Agyemang believes that the role of a physician is to listen, to heal, and to advocate for patients. She is also invested in medical education and she enjoys mentoring the next generation of doctors. Dr. Agyemang has worked as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Vermont School of Medicine and at the Ross School of Medicine. She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition from Boston University and a Doctorate of Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin. She completed her Residency in Internal Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.Dr Agyemang's scope of practice includes primary care for adults, preventative healthcare, annual wellness visits, physicals, women's health, and management of chronic conditions. Dr. Agyemang also has expertise in nutrition, obesity and weight management. In her free time, Dr. Agyemang enjoys exploring different cultures through food and travel. Biography: Upon graduating with her MD from the University of Pennsylvania, Alison Pack completed residency training in Neurology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Following Dr. Pack's residency, she trained as a Clinical Fellow in Epilepsy at the Columbia Comprehensive Epilepsy Center at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. After completing fellowship she joined the faculty at Columbia University as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology and became an Associate Professor of Clinical Neurology in 2008. She received an MPH with a concentration in epidemiology from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in 2010.

Biography: Dr. James Kirkland (Kirk) Roberts received an A.B. from Dartmouth College and his M.D. from Cornell University. He then completed residencies in internal medicine and neurology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, followed by fellowship training in stroke and cerebrovascular diseases. Since 1997, his focus is on clinical practice. He sees all types of neurological disorders, but has a special interest in dizziness, vertigo, and balance problems.
