Biography: Dr. Ismail earned his medical degree from the Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences in India. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Ismail was part of the Internal Medicine faculty at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He is accredited by the NCQA (National Committee of Quality Assurance) and is a Level III Medical Home Provider. Dr. Ismail is board certified in internal medicine.Dr. Ismail focuses on all aspects of Internal Medicine and is a strong advocate for preventive medicine and community well being. He has volunteered in some of the remote areas of South Africa and Asia. In his spare time, aside from home improvement projects, he enjoys road trips with his family. His goal is to travel all 50 states by car.

Biography: Dr. Gonzales received his undergraduate degrees from New Mexico State University his medical degree from Stanford University and did his Internal Medicine training at the University of Texas in San Antonio. During his career at the University of New Mexico where he was a long-time faculty member Dr. Gonzales served as a clinician teacher researcher and administrator. Dr. Gonzales joins CHI Health and Creighton to advance primary care and to serve our patients and learners. Biography: Dr. Brett Meyer was raised in Deshler a rural farming community in south-central Nebraska. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and attended medical school and residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. At UNMC his residency included the Advanced Rural Training Program which provided an extra training to conduct C-Sections (OB/GYN) colonoscopies and EGDS at CHI Health St. Mary's.Dr. Meyer enjoys patients in all stages of life but especially children and families. In his free time he enjoys time with his wife and two young children as well as golfing hunting woodworking and farming.

Biography: Dr. Michelle Ellis earned her medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. She completed her residency in the Lincoln Family Practice Program. Dr. Ellis is active in her church, has served on multiple committees via The Physician Network and Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center and is serving on the Board at the Child Advocacy Center. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, music, movies and spending time with her family.
