Biography: Mazvita Simoyi, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon. Born in Zimbabwe, she received advanced education in the United States from the age of 17. Following in the footsteps of her father, a general practitioner, she aspired to be a doctor from early childhood. After observing her father perform surgical operations her interest in surgery was sparked.She first earned a nursing degree, with high honors, at Howard University in Washington, D.C, then worked for several years as a hospital nurse while preparing for medical school. She assumed additional healthcare roles during her first two years of medical school at the University of Virginia, by working as a medical-surgical and hospice nurse.She completed her general surgery residency at the University of Massachusetts. Following this, she successfully completed a minimally invasive colorectal surgery fellowship in Orlando.

Care Philosophy: Dr Daniel Anaya is a Senior Member, Chief of GI Surgery and Head of Hepatobiliary Section in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology, at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Anaya is a fellowship trained Surgical Oncologist with a particular focus on the surgical treatment of patients with liver malignancies (primary and metastatic) and neuroendocrine tumors. His academic interest focus on improving the quality of cancer care and implementing models to improve the delivery of care for patients with complex cancers. He is an expert in developing academic programs that facilitate delivery of the highest quality of care, while also provide a framework to support research and innovation in the field of cancer and surgery.

Biography: Dr. Drew Rideout is a Pediatric General Surgeon with All Children's Specialty Physicians. He received his undergraduate degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, his medical degree from Stony Brook University School of Medicine. Dr. Drew Rideout completed his residency at the University of South Florida and his fellowship at Emory University.

Care Philosophy: Luv Hajirawala, MD is a board-certified General Surgeon with additional fellowship training in Colon and Rectal surgery. His specialties include, but are not limited to, the treatment of colon and rectal cancer, anal cancer, diverticular disease, inflammatory bowel disease, anorectal disease, gallbladder disease and hernias. He specializes in minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgeries. He is fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi and sees patients 18 and up. Dr. Hajirawala considers his patients his partners in the provision of their care. He strongly believes that patients should control their own medical care with the professional advice of a physician. His role in the clinic is to assist patients in understanding their disease process and establish the best treatment plan. In the operating room, his goal as a surgeon is to evaluate and apply state-of-the-art procedures, equipment and advances to achieve the best outcome. Dr. Hajirawala enjoys spending time outside of work with his wife and daughter, and being outdoors, whether on a hiking trail or at the beach.
