Care Philosophy: Dr. Frey is an established, highly-skilled physician with over 17 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology. He is well-regarded and active in the community (having mentored the Women's Healthy Summer program, as well as providing free cancer screening for women of underserved areas of the community). Before joining Mount Sinai, Dr. Frey was on faculty at Montefiore Health Center where he served as an attending physician and assistant professor at the Einstein College of Medicine. He is active in educating medical students and residents alike and has been awarded for his research in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. Biography: Daniel R. Miller, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist and serves as the director of the patient care evaluation committee at NewYork-Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital. He is an assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Columbia University Medical Center.Dr. Miller has been practicing for more than 30 years providing comprehensive women's health services, including routine evaluations, pregnancy care, fibroid management, infertility evaluations, onsite testing and ultrasounds, and treatment of gynecological conditions.Dr. Miller graduated from Albany Medical College and served his internship and residency at Montefiore Medical Center, where he received the Resident Teaching Award. He is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, a member of the Westchester Medical Society and the Bronx OB/GYN Society.Dr. Miller was born in Bronx, New York, and enjoys working in his local community.

Biography: Dr. Theodore Hale is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist with over 30 years of experience.\n\nIn addition to caring for patients at CMADC, Dr. Hale also sees high-risk patients at the Prenatal Center at Montefiore Nyack Hospital., Dr. Hale previously held the position of Chief of Urogynecology at NYC Health and Hospital Corporation, North Central Bronx Hospital in the Bronx, NY.\n\nDr. Hale served as the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Residency Director of OBGYN at Lincoln Hospital, an affiliate of Weill Cornell Medical College, and is Acting Chairman/Associate Chairman of OBGYN at Lincoln Medical Center in the Bronx, NY.\n\nDr. Hale completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the State University at Buffalo, NY and his internship at Sisters of Charity Catholic Hospital in Buffalo, NY. He has contributed to many professional peer-reviewed articles and books in Obstetrics and Gynecology, presented to ACOG National District Meeting in New York and has given many grand round lectures (Guest Professor) for continuing medical education at the Weill Cornell Medical College OBGYN in NYC. Dr. Hale was awarded the National ACOG Faculty attending of the Year twice and was an Associate Clinical Professor of OBGYN at New York Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City.\n\nHe received his Master's Degree in Public Health Administration from Central Michigan University and was The Assistant Hospital Administrator at Broward County Medical Center at Pembroke Hospital in Florida. He received his medical doctorate from Santiago University of Technology in Santiago, Dominican Republic.\n\nDr. Hale holds professional memberships to the New York Medical Society, the American Medical Association. He is a fellow of the American college of Surgery and is a Diplomate of the American College of OB-GYN.
