Care Philosophy: Dr. Tran joined The Urology Group in 2017. She strives to provide her patients with the best possible urologic outcome through a combination of technical excellence, clinical acumen, and compassionate care. Her special interests are in minimally invasive surgery and urologic oncology. She specializes in da Vinci robotic surgery as well as open surgical techniques for the treatment of prostate, bladder, kidney, ureteral, and adrenal cancers. She also has expertise in complex urinary reconstruction, ureteral reconstruction, and pelvic organ prolapse surgery. She is adept in the medical and surgical management of benign urologic issues including stone disease, male and female urinary incontinence, prostate enlargement, and erectile dysfunction.

Biography: Dr. Kinnari Kennedy joined The Urology Group in 2021. She was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Science at Pennsylvania State University and then attended Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. In medical school she was elected to the Gold Humanism Honor Society as well as the AOA Honor Society, and graduated magna cum laude.Dr. Kennedy completed urologic surgery residency in 2021. She had a diverse training experience in traditional and minimally invasive techniques at the University of Pennsylvania, including time at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Kennedy has a broad clinical background in general urology, but is particularly interested in female urology, voiding dysfunction and interpretation of urodynamic studies. She is skilled in the medical and surgical management of incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and overactive bladder.Dr. Kennedy lives in Vienna, VA with her husband. They enjoy cooking, playing board games and hiking together.

Biography: Saira Rana, MD, FACOG, is an obstetrician and gynecologist with StoneSprings OB/GYN in Dulles and Gainesville, Virginia, and is affiliated with StoneSprings Hospital Center. Dr. Rana earned her undergraduate and medical degrees from Fatima Jinnah Medical University in Pakistan. She then completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania, and general surgery at University of Illinois in Chicago. With nearly two decades of experience as an OB/GYN, Dr. Rana offers comprehensive OB/GYN services to women of all ages and life stages. She provides annual well woman exams, contraception counseling and management, the diagnosis and treatment of infertility conditions, pregnancy care, and labor and delivery. In addition to the full scope of routine obstetrics and gynecology, she is expertly trained in minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgeries including the management of spontaneous and operative vaginal delivery, cesarean section and cesarean hysterectomy, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, cystectomy, and laparoscopic hysterectomy. Dr. Rana is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.When not seeing patients, Dr. Rana enjoys reading, sewing, home dcor, and gardening.

Biography: Dr. Kanwal Khan is a highly skilled OB/GYN who provides the most advanced medical care to females of all ages, from girls in their teens to women going through menopause. Dr. Khan is looking forward to providing you with the best care possible and developing a long-term relationship with you. At All Female OB/GYN, she strives to educate women on making healthy and informed medical decisions, and aims to provide excellent care to the community, personalized attention, and compassionate OB/GYN care to women of all ages.Dr. Khan completed her medical education at Allama Iqbal Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan. She then pursued a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2004. Dr. Khan has a special interest in urogynecology, and has completed more than 200 urogynecology procedures. She is highly skilled in laparoscopic gynecologic surgery and vaginal hysterectomies.Work is Dr. Khan's passion, and she loves to deliver babies. She is the mother of 4 beautiful children and is married to a physician. Additionally, Dr. Khan is a Former Professor at George Washington University and is sharing her knowledge and love for medicine with future generations.Dr. Khan has many years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology, and continues to further her education within the field. She has a strict practice philosophy to listen carefully and honor each patient. She recognizes individual patient needs and tailors her care accordingly.
