Biography: Dr. Sebag completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida and continued to obtain his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University in Philadelphia. Dr. Sebag went on to complete an extensive three-year foot and ankle reconstructive surgical residency program at AdventHealth East Orlando where he served as chief resident during his final year. Dr. Sebag's extensive training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, trauma, diabetic limb salvage and wound care allows him to offer all aspects of treatment of the lower extremity and elective podiatric surgery. He is affiliated with Cleveland Clinic Martin Health (North, South, & Tradition), Lawnwood Regional Medical Center, and St. Lucie Medical Center. He is board qualified in foot and ankle surgery. When he is not practicing, Dr. Sebag enjoys, golf, exercising and spending time outdoors with his wife, Megan. Furthermore, he completed a one-year orthopaedic surgery, sports medicine fellowship at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh, PA, sub-specializing in advanced arthroscopic techniques, limb realignment, and shoulder replacement.He is a candidate member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and a fellow member of the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery, and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine and the Arthroscopy Association of North America. He is also a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.Dr. Raines has a passion for sports medicine and the health of athletes. During the past 16 years, he has treated and worked on the sports medicine teams for middle and high school athletics, as well as collegiate and professional programs, including the Pittsburgh Penguins and Pittsburgh Steelers, the University of Alabama, University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University, and University of Missouri athletics.
