Biography: Rafay Atiq, MD joined Upper Valley Outpatient Behavioral Health Services in 2006 and is the office's medical director. He is a board certified adult psychiatrist, and he provides both inpatient and outpatient care. He achieved his medical degree in Karachi, Pakistan, and completed his residency program at the Wright State University (WSU) Boonshoft School of Medicine. Since 2008, Dr. Atiq has served as clinical assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the school. In March 2008, He was awarded the NAMI Exemplary Psychiatrist Award. Dr. Atiq is in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Biography: Christine Asher, CNP, received her Master of Science in Nursing, Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN in 2019. Christine received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Urbana University in Springfield, OH in 2013. She is certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has been a registered nurse since 1982.
