Biography: Dr. Kim graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Psychology. She completed medical school at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Kim was chief resident during her adult psychiatry training at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. She continued on at OSUWMC for her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry in affiliation with Nationwide Children™s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She was actively involved in the recruitment and education of medical students, residents, and fellows and also served as chief fellow in her final year of training. Dr. Kim is a member of the American Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the American Psychiatric Association, and the American Medical Association. She specializes in the medication management of pediatric and young adult populations for mood and anxiety disorders, attention deficit disorders, disruptive behaviors, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD).

Biography: Dr. Karuvannur (Dr. K) is a Psychiatrist in Ohio who has been practicing since 2018. He is dual board certified in both child/adolescent and adult psychiatry. He trained in adult psychiatry at Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, NY where he served as the education committee representative. He completed his child & adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Cleveland Clinic where he served as chief fellow. He is a member of the American Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the American Psychiatric Association, and the Ohio Psychiatric Physician™s Association. Dr. K has a passion for medical education and had a significant role in educating medical students, residents, and fellows. He has won various awards for his academic accomplishments. Biography: Dr. Ariel Mintz, dual certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Psychiatry as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, attended medical school at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. He trained in General Psychiatry at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota and completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Cleveland Clinic. He previously founded and worked at Kesher Psychiatry, an early adopter of telepsychiatry. He is also the founder of Refuat Hanefesh, a non-profit working to create a Jewish community that is more aware, respectful, and empathetic to people living with mental illness. He has won awards for academic achievement, research looking into factors affecting patient satisfaction, and service to the Jewish community._x000D_ He has lectured on numerous topics including ethics, childhood mental illness, antipsychotics, mood disorders, delusions, anxiety, bullying, teen dating violence, the relationship between income inequality and mental illness, coping mechanisms, and Alternative Medications. He has authored over 40 articles related to mental illness. Dr. Mintz™s specialty interests include Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety Disorders and Depressive Disorders.
