Biography: While I enjoy working with patients of all ages, my particular professional interests include hypertension, adult cardiovascular preventive medicine, diabetes mellitus, adolescent medicine, migraines and sports medicine. A native of southern Minnesota and a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Medicine, I trained and worked in rural Wisconsin for nearly a decade before returning home to Minnesota in 2008. I am also a veteran of the United States Army Reserve. I now look forward to meeting many of you and hope to be a knowledgeable, kind and compassionate source of medical advice and treatment for you. Outside of work, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my wife and children. Skiing, soccer, gardening, bird watching, hiking and camping are some of my favorite activities.

Biography: I am a family medicine doctor with special interests in men's health and musculoskeletal pain. I believe in a team-based approach for practical and effective management of chronic illness, acute medical issues and preventive medicine.
