Biography: Dr. Shoaf is a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist specializing in Mood Disorders, Attention Deficit Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, and Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Sleep Disorders and Forensics (legal, custody, and court-related matters).
