Biography: Dr. Bill K. Chang is a vascular and endovascular surgeon specializing in prevention and treatment of vascular disease. He graduated from UT Southwestern Medical School in 2000. He was trained in General Surgery at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, MO, and in Vascular Surgery at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Dr. Chang is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the Society of Vascular Surgery. Dr. Chang is highly trained to treat diseases of the vascular system.

Biography: James Oyeniyi, M.D., is a Vascular Surgeon in Houston, TX with Gulf Coast Vascular, serving HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast Hospital and the Pasadena area. Dr. Oyeniyi completed his bachelor of sciences in biochemistry at the University of Texas at Austin and went on to complete medical school at McGovern Medical School in Houston. He then went on to complete his surgical residency and subsequent Vascular Surgery fellowship at the recognized University of Chicago Medical Center. Dr. Oyeniyi enjoys vascular surgery because it allows him to apply endovascular and open techniques to treat disease all over the body from carotid disease in the neck to peripheral vascular disease in the feet and everything in between, including aortic aneurysms. He does have a special interest in limb salvage. He is also passionate about educating patients on the vascular disease process and possible lifestyle changes and proactive approaches to managing vascular disease to prevent or delay the advancement of disease. As a native Houstonian, and son to Nigerian parents, he's eager to serve the diverse population of the Houston metro area and ensure that the population has access to the best possible care.When not treating patients, Dr. Oyeniyi enjoys serving the community through outreach programs, traveling, working out, playing golf, and spending time with friends.
