Biography: Dr. Ashley Tovo is a member of the Women's Health Alliance team. She is known for her devotion and passion for women's health. A Charleston, West Virginia native, she graduated with honors from Washington and Lee University before earning her medical degree from Marshall University School of Medicine. Biography: A native of Dallas, Dr. Jay Staub has been in practice since 1983, delivering personalized health care for women in Dallas. Following his graduation from the University of Pennsylvania, he attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and received his medical degree in 1979. He completed his residency training at St. Paul Hospital in Dallas. He is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology.A Clinical Professor in the department of Ob/Gyn at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Dr. Staub is actively involved in teaching medical students and residents. His practice specializes in a wide spectrum of women's care general OB/GYN, infertility, routine and high-risk prenatal care, gynecologic surgery, minimally invasive procedures such as Hysteroscopy, Laparoscopy, and Laparoscopic hysterectomy, as well as the evaluation and management menopause. He was one of the few gynecologists in the area that performed MRI guided focused ultrasound non-invasive treatment for uterine fibroids.Dr. Staub was selected as one of "The Best Doctors in Dallas" by D Magazine in 2004-2009, 2013-16, and again in 2020-21, and 2023-24, as well as a "Texas Super Doctor" by Texas Monthly in 2004, 2005 and for fourteen consecutive years in 2011-24. He was also picked by his patients to be a "Mom-Approved Doc" by Dallas Child in 2012-16, and again in 2024. Biography: Dr. Romberg grew up in the suburbs of San Diego, CA. She earned her bachelor's degree withsumma cum laude honors from the University of California at San Diego. She attended bothgraduate and medical school at UT Southwestern, where she earned both her master's degree ingenetics and her medical degree. She then went on to complete her residency in obstetrics andgynecology at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas in June 2005. Shortly thereafter, shejoined the excellent physicians at Women's Health Alliance.Dr. Romberg has been board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2007. She earnednumerous awards throughout her education including the DFW OB/GYN society award foroutstanding medical student and the W.K. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics andGynecology and belongs to the AMA, TMA, and the Dallas County Medical Society.Dr. Romberg cares for women through all stages of life, from the teenage years throughchildbearing and midlife into menopause, including hormone therapy. She is skilled atperforming minimally-invasive laparoscopy with the DaVinci robotic platform, such ashysterectomy, cystectomy, endometriosis resection, and salpingectomies for sterilization. Sheenjoys delivering babies, both routine and high-risk pregnancies. Biography: Dr. Myears loves making personal connections with her patients and looks forward to taking care of women throughout all stages of life, from contraceptive counseling to pregnancy to the menopausal transition. She feels lucky that women trust her with their health journey and prioritizes shared decision making when forming management plans. She has a special interest in adolescent contraceptive management, both high and low risk pregnancies, addressing modifiable risk factors for cancer, and PCOS. She performs in office procedures such as biopsies, long acting reversible contraceptives, hysteroscopy, and LEEP, as well as robotic myomectomies, endometriosis procedures, and hysterectomies in the hospital.Dr. Myears was raised in Springfield, Missouri. She graduated from the University of Missouri summa cum laude and then moved to Dallas to attend UT Southwestern for medical school. She stayed in Dallas for residency at Parkland Hospital, one of the highest volume obstetric hospitals in the nation. She served as chief resident and won several teaching awards from the medical students and residents. In her free time, she enjoys reading and listening to audiobooks, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband and the two best boys in the whole world.
