Biography: Lowanna Duncan, FNP is a nurse practitioner with Premier Urology of Kingwood in Kingwood, Texas. Lowanna went to Weber State University where she earned her Associates Degree in Nursing. She then went on to University of Utah where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
