Care Philosophy: Faiyaaz Jhaveri, MD, is a board-certified urologist with advanced fellowship training in urologic oncology and prostate cancer. A past chairman of the Department of Surgery at AdventHealth Heart of Florida, he is an award-winning assistant professor of urology at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine and has been practicing urology for more than two decades in Washington and Florida. After graduating with honors from the University of Oregon, he earned his medical degree at Oregon Health Sciences University and undertook his general surgery internship and residency at SUNY Health Sciences Center in Syracuse. He thereafter completed an elite urology residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received the Pfizer Scholars in Urology Award before undertaking his fellowship training at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. Dr. Jhaveri has performed over 5,000 major and minor operative cases, including over 1,000 prostatectomies and over 1,000 nephrectomies.

Care Philosophy: Ernest Tong, MD, is a urologist with special training in advanced laparoscopic and robotic procedures. He is passionate about addressing a wide range of sensitive issues that affect patients&rsquo lives and making an impact on their overall well-being. He takes a compassionate approach while also integrating leading-edge technology, such as robotic surgery, to improve patient outcomes. Dr Tong earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology at the University of Texas in Austin before attending medical school at the University of Texas in Galveston. He went on to complete a residency in urology at LSU Health Shreveport and a fellowship in advanced laparoscopic/robotics at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Care Philosophy: Jennifer Kirkland, APRN, is an advanced practice registered nurse with AdventHealth Medical Group in Davenport and Lake Wales, and a member of The American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She treats and evaluates adults with urologic disorders that can affect day-to-day life and long-term health. Jennifer is skilled in managing acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing individualized treatment options and whole-patient care.
