Dr. Chung specializes in general radiation oncology and is dedicated to using advanced radiation therapies and cutting-edge treatments to help patients fight cancer. Dr. Chung has a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, N.J., where he was valedictorian of his graduating class. He received his medical degree and his Ph.D. from New Jersey Medical School in Newark in 2007, and his law degree from Seton Hall University Law School in 2007. Upon graduation, Dr. Chung completed his radiation oncology residency at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor. In 2011, Dr. Chung was honored as chief resident of radiation oncology at University of Michigan Medical School. Prior to joining Denver Radiation Oncology, Dr. Chung served as an Assistant Professor of radiation oncology at the University of Southern California, Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, in Los Angeles. Dr. Chung was named one of Pasadena Magazine's "Top Docs" serving patients in the Los Angeles area for 3 years. Dr. Chung is board certified by the American Society for Radiation Oncology.
