Biography: Dr. Yvonne Monroe is a founding partner of an organization that became Mindpath Health. Dr. Monroe aims to offer easy access to quality, affordable mental health care for people with insurance coverage. Through her membership on committees, Dr. Monroe works to reduce the barriers North Carolinians face when trying to obtain mental health care.

Biography: Dr. Deborah Wilkins completed her child, adolescent, and general psychiatry residency at Louisiana State University. She previously served as medical director for Structured Family Interventions, a behavioral health care agency.

Biography: Dr. David Capelouto treats adults with eating disorders, compulsive gambling, hoarding, post-partum and pregnancy depression, and traumatic brain injuries. In addition, Dr. Capelouto provides gender-affirming care and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). He understands the slow healing process and provides a combination of medication and therapy for his patients. Dr. Capelouto completed his general psychiatry residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
