Biography: I am a pediatric nurse at the HealthPartners Como Clinic. I received my undergraduate degree in nursing from Mankato State University and my master's degree from St. Catherine University. I am a board-certified lactation consultant and enjoy working with newborns and their families. I also enjoy working with and educating children of all ages and their families about health. In my time away from the clinic, I enjoy being with my husband and four kids who are active in many sports and school activities.

Biography: Meeting children and their families and following them as they grow and develop into unique individuals has been one of the greatest pleasures of my career. I love providing care through all stages of childhood and adolescence. Each child and family is unique and deserves a provider who is adaptable and will really listen and work with them to provide the best outcomes. I particularly enjoy working with new babies and their parents in breastfeeding and lactation. Feeding your baby seems like it should be a lot easier than it sometimes is, and I love encouraging new families to find what works best for them. I struggled with breastfeeding my first child for weeks, but I finally found the help I needed. That encouraged me to pursue training to become a lactation consultant, and now I am able to help other new families as well.

Biography: Every day, I feel honored that my job is to work with children and their families in maintaining and improving both physical and mental health, while also treating and, when possible, preventing disease. I have special interests in sports medicine, weight management and preventive care. I believe that medicine works best when we treat the whole patient, including social, emotional and physical well-being.
