Biography: Dr. Thomas Clark is a Family Medicine Physician who's well-versed and passionate about managing chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, metabolic syndromes, and obesity.Born and raised in Logan, Utah, Dr. Clark went to Utah State University for his undergraduate education and University of Utah for his medical doctorate. His internship and residency were completed at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, California.Outside of the office, he's an avid soccer player who plays recreationally and coached on-and-off for over 20 years. Dr. Clark has been married for 30+ years with three children and a growing family of grandkids. He enjoys helping his wife maintain her garden of 200+ varieties of iris, continually moving, and constantly learning.

Biography: Dr. Michael Hoffman is a board certified orthopedic surgeon who takes great satisfaction in providing the best orthopedic care possible. He specializes in direct anterior hip replacement, rapid recovery hip and knee replacement, complex hip and knee revision surgery and trauma. For the past decade he has enjoyed serving patients at Susquehanna Health in Williamsport, PA, performing several thousand hip and knee replacements.
