As a former competitive rower and triathlete, I bring personal perspective to treating all patients. I like to use a multi-modal approach to managing the pain and limitations from their injury by utilizing exercise as medicine, ultrasound or spinal injections, bracing/orthotics, and pharmacology to help them heal.
