Biography: Dr. Martin Canillas, MD is a Sports Medicine Specialist who practices in Brooksville, FL. He is 47 years old and has been practicing for 22 years. Dr. Martin Canillas, MD is affiliated with HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital.

Biography: Rafael Velasquez, MD, attended residency in family medicine at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama, and also completed a residency at Kansas University School of Medicine where he served as Chief Resident in Family Medicine. Dr. Velasquez was born in Lima, Peru, and graduated from Federico Villarreal School of Medicine in 1993. He worked with multiple volunteer programs in his native Peru, including the early detection of cervical/breast cancer, cholera prevention, and the Peruvian Red Cross. Dr. Valasquez is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the American Medical Association. He enjoys karate, soccer, music, reading and spending time with friends and family.

Care Philosophy: As a Spine and pain management specialist, my goal is to help restore function (physical as well as cognitive) utilizing a multidisciplinary approach with application of advanced interventional techniques (including fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance), medication therapies (including membrane stabilizers), and psychotherapeutics. My main focus is finding the root cause of the pain and treating the cause rather than masking it with medication.

Biography: Anas M. Moureiden, MD is Board Certified in Rheumatology, and graduated from the University of Damascus, Faculty of Medicine in 1985. Dr. Moureiden completed an Internship and a Residency in Internal Medicine at Oakwood Hospital in Michigan, followed by a Fellowship in Rheumatology at Henry Ford Hospital in Michigan. Dr. Moureiden specializes in rheumatology at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital and treats conditions such as fibromyalgia. Dr. Mouredien is also a practicing rheumatologist at The Arthritis Clinic in Brooksville, Florida.

Biography: Gopal Korupolu, MD received his medical degree from Gandhi Medical College, AIIMS New Delhi, Radiation Medical Center. Dr. Korupolu completed his Internship in Internal Medicine at Gandhi Hospital in Hyderabad, India, followed by a Residency in Nuclear Medicine and Internal Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, New York. Dr. Korupolu specializes in general medicine at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital and is a practicing physician at Ridge Manor Family Practice, Inc. in Brooksville, Florida.
